Due to severe weather and as a precaution for attendee safety, we regret to announce that the Boomtown BBQ Bash scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, has been postponed.
The Bash will be rescheduled for Spring 2026. We will announce the exact date, time, and information as soon as it is finalized.
What to do if you purchased a ticket:
- Tickets: All purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled Spring 2026 event. If you require a refund, please contact the BHSET Foundation office directly.
